Bighorn Transport wasn’t created in a boardroom, it was built by two families who believed transportation could be done better.
David and Doris, along with Dan and Stephanie, shared a common vision: create a transportation company where professionalism and genuine relationships matter just as much as luxury vehicles.
After years of experience in customer service, hospitality, automotive sales, business management, and entrepreneurship, they combined their expertise to launch Bighorn Transport in 2024.
Their goal was simple:
Create the transportation company they wished already existed.
One where clients are treated as guests, not reservation numbers.

David, a Colorado native, brings years of experience in customer service, automotive service advising, and vehicle maintenance. His attention to detail and commitment to dependable service have become a cornerstone of the Bighorn experience.
Doris, raised on Colorado’s beautiful Western Slope, has spent her career in business management, accounting, human resources, and customer service. Her experience in management and business operations has taught her the importance of leadership, attention to detail, and putting people first.
Dan and Stephanie spent years traveling the world, visiting 28 countries before operating a successful boutique Bed & Breakfast in Costa Rica. Hospitality became second nature to them, creating memorable experiences, building meaningful relationships, and anticipating guests’ needs before they ever had to ask. They now bring that same passion to every client interaction, ensuring each trip is organized, efficient, and customer focused from the moment you contact us.
When they eventually chose Colorado as the place to raise their family, they brought that same world-class hospitality into every ride Bighorn provides today.
